About Squishy Circuits
Squishy Circuits is for all ages and all creative minds. Developed in 2011 in the Playful Learning Lab at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, this method of teaching electrical circuits with conductive and insulating dough is used for education in classrooms, homes, libraries, and museums worldwide. Students can squish, mold, and sculpt the dough all while engaging in the academic disciplines of science, technology, engineering, and art.
Squishy Circuits uses circuit-building materials to teach simple concepts of electricity. A 4-AA battery pack delivers electricity through the conductive dough and powers the LEDs, buzzers, or motors. Our kits exceed toy safety regulations for ages 8 and up.

Complete with a battery holder and carrying pouch, the standard kit comes with one 3.5-ounce container of insulating dough and three 3.5-ounce containers of conductive dough, enough for three people to work on projects at once.
